          With a fascination of local history and the people and places of North Florida inspiring the body of his work, it has been long treasured by history and art lovers of the region..

          He has been painting all his life, devoting himself to it full time, when he retired from his career as a network engineer.

        2. Born and raised in Tallahassee, Florida, Eluster began painting as a child in the third grade.
        3. With a fascination of local history and the people and places of North Florida inspiring the body of his work, it has been long treasured by history and art lovers of the region.
        4. Since he was small, Eluster Richardson has never been far from art.
        5. My work primarily encompasses people and their expressions, so I may reflect their emotions through my painting.
