          Billy Graham was born William Franklin Graham Jr.

          on November 7, 1918, in Charlotte, North Carolina, to Morrow and William, a dairy farmer. Raised in the Reformed Presbyterian Church, Graham developed a love for reading at a young age, particularly enjoying Tarzan adventures.

          Inspired by the evangelist Mordecai Ham, Graham converted to Christianity at 16.
